This release adds a Mobile Playground guide under Building Extensions and refreshes Widgets — Mobile — Getting Started with clearer wording, new screenshots, and navigation into the playground. The Playgrounds sidebar now groups the new mobile guide with the existing OLB playground documentation.

What's New​

Building Extensions — Mobile Playground​

  • See the Mobile Playground documentation: Guide to the sample React Native banking app for locally building and testing widgets and optional features.
  • Covers the banking-style Accounts home (mock data, greeting, FDIC banner, three widget slots, accounts list, bottom tabs), theme and branding switcher (five preset themes), widget setup (picker modal, slot assignment, registry contract), and feature setup.

Building Extensions — Mobile widgets​

  • See the Widgets — Mobile — Getting Started documentation: Clarified when to use the feature vs widget generators, refreshed Sample Feature and Sample Widget images, and links to the Mobile Playground for previewing widgets in a realistic home layout.
  • New and replaced graphics** for home screens, More menu flow, widget picker modal, widget slot interaction, plus updated sample widget and feature thumbnails.

Get Started​

  1. Mobile Playground — Run the sample mobile app and exercise widgets locally.
  2. Widgets — Mobile — Getting Started — Build and preview mobile widgets in the extensibility stack.
